Your privacy, plainly

Basketbol XOX (the “app”, developed by dobu games) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app processes. The app requires no sign-up and collects no personal identifiers.

Data we collect

  • Anonymous account ID — a device-specific anonymous ID (Supabase anonymous session). No email, password, phone, or real name is requested.
  • Nickname (optional) — a nickname you choose; shown on the leaderboard.
  • Profile photo (optional) — a photo you choose is stored on your device; a small copy is synced to the server for the leaderboard and duels.
  • Gameplay data — Court Rating, grids played, streak, perfect grids, league IQs, rarest pick, duel history, and card collection.

Data we do NOT collect

  • Location, contacts, and advertising identifiers are not collected.
  • There are no third-party analytics, tracking, or ads SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Facebook, etc.).
  • No ads are shown.

How data is used and shared

  • Data is used solely to run the game: score sync, leaderboard, live duels with friends, and challenges.
  • It is stored on our infrastructure provider Supabase. It is never sold or shared with other third parties.
  • Shown publicly on the leaderboard: nickname, Court Rating, grids played, and profile photo — no identity or email.

Data stored on your device

Your settings and progress are kept on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes this local data.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and requires no personal information to play.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of the server record tied to your anonymous account, email dobugames@gmail.com.
